Ventola Projects is preparing to return to IAAPA Expo 2026 in Orlando, Florida, taking place from November 16–20 at the Orange County Convention Center. The company will be showcasing its latest VAvR technology and highlighting a range of integrated lighting, digital display, and ongoing support solutions designed to help entertainment venues enhance guest experiences and maximize their technology investments.
Following its success at IAAPA Expo Orlando 2025, where Ventola Projects received the IAAPA Brass Ring Award for Best Exhibit in the 20ft x 20ft category, the company is looking forward to reconnecting with industry professionals and demonstrating how its technology and expertise can support the evolving needs of entertainment facilities.
A key focus for Ventola Projects at this year’s event will be its comprehensive bowling solutions, developed through the VAvR Global Alliance. Bringing together over lane displays, interactive lane projection, video pixel lighting and integrated lighting systems, these solutions enable bowling centres to create engaging, modern environments while improving the overall customer experience.
Recognising that upgrading entertainment facilities can represent a significant investment, Ventola Projects will also be highlighting flexible financing opportunities. These include a 10% deposit to secure manufacturing, financing options covering hardware, software, and service agreements starting from $4 per lane per day, extended warranty with servicing and parts included.
Alongside its bowling technology, Ventola Projects will be promoting its expanding service and maintenance offering across the United States, including AV Health Checks for existing LED displays and audiovisual systems.
Available for VAvR LED Display products and equipment from other manufacturers, the service provides ongoing technical support, system assessments, repairs, recalibration, and replacement parts where possible. Starting from $2,500 per year, the program is designed to help venue operators extend equipment lifespans, maintain performance, reduce unexpected downtime, and avoid unnecessary replacement costs.
The company will also be demonstrating the versatility of VAvR LED Displays, which allow entertainment facilities to transform existing spaces into dynamic digital environments. From advertising and promotional messaging to live content, event information, and interactive experiences, the technology offers operators greater flexibility over how they communicate with visitors and utilize their facilities.
