COHOES, N.Y. — Aquatic Development Group (ADG) is pleased to announce the promotion of three key company leaders: Ray Lauenstein to Vice President of Project Development, Salvatore D’Aniello to Vice President of Construction & Project Delivery, and Julie Kline to Vice President of Sales & Engineering.
The promotions are part of ADG’s continued investment in its leadership structure as the company evolves and grows. Lauenstein, D’Aniello, and Kline will join ADG’s CFO on the company’s Leadership Team, working closely with the Executive Committee to translate the company’s strategic direction into priorities, decisions, and coordinated action across the organization.

Ray Lauenstein – Vice President of Project Development
Ray joined ADG in 2008 and has held roles spanning commercial equipment sales, aquatic mechanical systems, wave and surf attractions, and design-build project development. Most recently, he has played an important role in integrating ADG’s planning capabilities into the sales, design, and preconstruction process. As Vice President of Project Development, Lauenstein will lead early-stage project planning and development, working with owners, developers, operators, and industry partners to establish project programs that are creative, buildable, operationally sound, and aligned with budget and schedule expectations. He will also support the continued expansion of ADG’s specialty design-build capabilities across the surf, resort, recreation, wellness, and leisure markets.

Julie Kline – Vice President of Sales & Engineering
Julie joined ADG in 2016 and has progressed through a series of marketing, sales, and leadership roles during her decade with the company. She has played a key role in expanding ADG’s presence within the aquatic recreation and surf industries, strengthening client and industry relationships, and advancing the company’s wave generation systems, stationary surf products, and specialty aquatic attractions.As Vice President of Sales & Engineering, Kline will lead ADG’s sales and engineering functions, connecting commercial strategy with the company’s technical expertise and long history of wave system innovation. Her focus will include continued product development, market growth, and working with owners, developers, operators, and design professionals to deliver solutions that respond to evolving market and customer needs.

Salvatore D’Aniello – Vice President of Construction & Project Delivery
D’Aniello joined ADG in 2024, bringing more than 32 years of construction and project management experience. Since joining the company, he has helped strengthen ADG’s project management strategies, construction capabilities, and field organization while supporting the successful delivery of major projects across the country. As Vice President of Construction & Project Delivery, D’Aniello will lead ADG’s project management, superintendent, and direct construction field teams, with a continued focus on project delivery, cost control, quality, and construction execution. His leadership will play an important role in supporting ADG’s continued growth across waterparks, wave and surf projects, and specialty aquatic developments.
