Perondi’s Stunt Dog Experience makes its way to Six Flags Over Texas this spring for a tail-wagging and energetic performance starting April 3. The interactive show offers a variety of canine entertainment that features both rescue and shelter dogs from across the country. These dogs perform incredible stunts, Frisbee tricks, dance routines, athletic feats, and more for guests of all ages. The show is free with park admission and runs on select weekends through May 3.
The show will be hosted in Six Flags Over Texas’ premier indoor performance venue, Southern Palace Theatre, which is now fully renovated with upgraded seating, modern production systems and refreshed interiors.

FUN FACTS ABOUT THE SHOW
- Chris Perondi began his stunt dog experience in 1999 with his four stars: Extreme Pepper, Soaring Sierra, Jumping Jaz and Air Ripley
- Today, across four touring units, the troupe performs more than 750 shows annually across the United States
- One crowd favorite trick from the show is a Pawstand, which is a balancing trick where the dog performs a handstand on Chris’ hand
- The Oldest pup in the team is Vinny Valentino. He has been seen across the nation, on book covers and even live TV
- The dog’s favorite treats are Lucy Pet Hip to be Square treats. The crew goes through about a dozen bags a month.
- The show has a variety of dog breeds from Border Collies to Aussies, Jack Russell Terriers to Doodles and even a Belgian Malinois.
- Chris and Suhey have 11 dogs in their pack with the smallest being a 6-pound chihuahua and the biggest a 65-pound Bernedoodle. The chihuahua is feisty and rules the house.
