Zero Latency VR, the world’s leading immersive VR company, has launched a new global support function for its venue network, Venue Success, and named industry veteran Brett Bovio as Senior Venue Success Manager to lead it.
Venue Success is a newly created program giving Zero Latency’s global network of operators dedicated, practical support beyond the technology and license itself, covering areas like revenue growth, pricing and session strategy, local marketing, guest experience, and operational best practice, benchmarked against data from across the network, all aimed at helping every operator maximize the performance of their venue and attractions.
Leading the function is Brett Bovio, who brings almost 20 years of operational experience across the location-based entertainment industry, including Walt Disney World, Sky Zone, Level99, the Boston Bruins, and, most recently, Apex Entertainment, a multi-site entertainment destination in the US. Notably, Bovio has personally operated Zero Latency venues himself through MindTrek VR, giving him first-hand experience on the operator side of the business before stepping into this role.
“Our operators have always told us they want a partner invested in their business succeeding, alongside the world-class technology and experiences,” said Daniel Littlepage, Chief Growth Officer at Zero Latency. “Venue Success is us formalising that investment, and Brett’s track record running LBE venues himself makes him exactly the right person to lead it.”
“I understand the realities of running an LBE business because I’ve been on the operator side of the table myself,” said Bovio. “Venue Success is about bringing that experience together with what we’re seeing across the whole Zero Latency network, so every operator has a practical, tailored plan for growth.”
