For more than twenty years, attractions industry businesses have been partners with the U.S. State Department in hosting SWT exchange visitors. The SWT participants have added cultural diversity to attractions’ businesses, delighted guests and the community, and have been the necessary supplement to the traditional workforce to enable our businesses to run at full capacity.
This year, more than ever with labor in short supply, SWT exchange visitors are necessary to allow attractions industry businesses to fully open, yet less than 10% of the students have been issued visas by the State Department. Act now to urge the Department of State to prioritize visas for SWT exchange visitors.
