The ETF-Group has taken over the assets and employees of SOIOS B.V.

SOIOS develops, produces and assembles innovative road trains for passenger and freight transport. The company distinguishes itself in the market with high-quality electric and solar powered vehicles, in line with the policy to achieve environmentally friendly and emission-free transport. An advance of this modern technology is that operation costs on energy and maintenance can be saved up to EUR 20.000 (USD 22,500) per year.

At this moment SOIOS has already multiple versions of trains, for example 2 wagons with capacity up to 50 guests and 3 wagons with capacity up to 72 guests. The SOIOS trains are even possible to handle slopes up to 20 degrees.

Many customer-specific options for the wagons are available, such as on-board presentation screens and an audio system.

The pulling trains can be supplied either with acid lead or lithium battery package and with 2- or 4 driven wheels.

For the ETF-Group, the vehicles are a great addition to the products of ETF Ride Systems, specialized in the well-known trackless dark ride vehicles for the entertainment industry and museums.

The SOIOS activities are continued under the ETF – SOIOS B.V. flag. It operates on the entertainment market and also operates within other branches, such as business and construction. The vehicles are perfect for leisure parks, zoos, open-air museums and beach boulevards, as well as holiday parks, airports and even parking lots.

The engineering and assembly of ETF – SOIOS will be integrated at the ETF-Group facilities in Nederweert, The Netherlands and sales and marketing of ETF – SOIOS and ETF Ride Systems will work closely together in the future.
