During the AIMS International Board of Directors meeting held recently in Galveston, Texas during the AIMS Maintenance and Safety Conference, Mobaro’s Director of Parks and Attractions, David Bromilow was voted in as a new board member of AIMS.

It is a huge privilege says David, as the AIMS organization and the programs it delivers are at the very heart of education within our industry.

“I have been involved with AREA / AIMS on and off since 1984 as a student and then as an instructor as I also was at this recent AIMS Maintenance and Safety Conference”, says David.

It was made extra special as the first person to congratulate David was Mr. Richard Chance, CEO of Chance Rides and a friend of David, who’s father Mr. Harold Chance was one of the founding Directors back in the early 1960s of what was known back then as AREA.

David also serves as a volunteer as Chairman of the IAAPA, EMEA Safety committee and as part of the IAAPA global safety committee.

“I am very grateful to the board at Mobaro who allow me to serve as a volunteer across the industry working in promoting good practice and safety”, explains David.
