Snowbound Quassy

Middlebury, Conn. — Needless to say, Quassy Amusement Park in Middlebury, Conn., is closed today after more than two feet of snow was dumped on New England in a blizzard that was “one for the record books.” The park is in the midst of several projects before opening in late April for its 105th year. A huge waterpark expansion project is under way as well as a laser maze being constructed in the park’s arcade building.
