It’s almost here! Registration for Amusement Today’s Golden Ticket Awards has been extended until Friday, Sept. 9. This will be the last opportunity to sign up for this “don’t miss” industry event hosted by the charming Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari in Santa Claus, Ind., on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 16-17. Registration is available at www.goldenticketawards.com, along with the itinerary and information on accommodations.

Special behind-the-scenes tours, a casual luau, an evening reception hosted by Pat Koch (it was just her 80th birthday!), a day of experiencing Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari in operation and the anticipated awards show will entertain attendees during the two-day event.

The Golden Ticket Awards is reserved exclusively for working professionals in the amusement industry. Representatives from parks and attractions, manufacturers, suppliers and consultants are invited to celebrate another industry season by joining Amusement Today and Holiday World at this annual social gathering.

Santa’s Lodge, the closest hotel to Holiday World, will serve as the host hotel for the event. Rates are $79.99 per night; plus tax. Reservations can be made by calling (812) 937-1902. Please use the code “Golden Tickets” when making reservations.

This is the 14th annual year for the Golden Ticket Awards; they are presented to the “Best of the Best” in the amusement industry and are calculated from an international poll conducted by Amusement Today.
